PATRICK LAMBIE
Executive Vice President
Patrick has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and is responsible
for cash management, risk management, treasury, and financial analysis. He is a
member of the Treasury Management Association of Canada and the Canadian Securities
Institute. During his tenure in the Royal Host finance department Patrick has facilitated
in excess of $250 million of debt and equity transactions as well as numerous asset
acquisitions.

A. BRAD CANN, C.A.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Brad joined Royal Host in January 2004 and assumed his current role in May 2007. Brad
oversees the financial management of Royal Host. Prior to joining Royal Host, Brad
worked as a financial consultant, advising several mature and emerging businesses, both
public and private, in a variety of industries. Brad was also Chief Financial Officer
of Sulphur Corporation of Canada Ltd. and held various positions over a five year period
with a regional accounting firm. Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the
University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Accountant.
SUE WADLAND
Executive Vice President, Human Resource Development
Sue brings with her more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry,
including international experience gained from more than a decade with Forte Hotels.
A graduate of Hotel and Catering Management, Sue is also a Certified Hotel Administrator
(CHA), the hospitality industry's recognition of professional achievement and integrity.
Since joining Royal Host in 1993, Sue has been instrumental in developing industry-leading
standards and procedures manuals and proactive, results-oriented training programs
including Extra Special People (ESP). This innovative training program for both
management and staff promotes a company culture of customer satisfaction and professional
management practices.

JOE DRUMMOND
Executive Vice President, Hotel Operations
Joe has been in the hospitality industry for over 35 years, and in addition to overseeing
full service operations for Royal Host, he also manages the Hilton in London, Ontario.
He has a proven track record in operations management, financial administration
and union negotiations. Joe has held a variety of positions including general manager,
sales, franchise development and finance. He currently serves on the board of Tourism
London and the Royal Harbour Resort. In the past, Joe held the position of President
for Tourism London, President of the London Hotel Association and has also served
on the provincial board for ORMHA (Ontario Restaurant, Motel & Hotel Association).

ROGER WHITE
Executive Vice President, Travelodge Canada Corp.
Roger brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Royal Host and Travelodge Canada.
He previously served with Royal Host as Director of the Grand Okanagan Lakefront
Resort & Conference Centre, and has over 20 years of experience in hotel/resort
operations and corporate level management in North America, Europe and the Caribbean.
Originally from England, Roger attended the University of Surrey and the Ealing
School of Hotel Management. He managed a portfolio of six resort and convention
hotels located in Canada and the Caribbean with Winfair Management Ltd. and spent
over 10 years with Commonwealth Hospitality Ltd. at diverse locations in Ontario,
Canada, and London, England.
